As a Customer Care Specialist, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Respond to telephone and electronic communications
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments, as needed
 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google Suites
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual with English and Spanish preferred
 
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
