Job Description: As an IT Coordinator at Servpro, you will play a pivotal role in the management and enhancement of our technology infrastructure. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our technology systems are aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. IT Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Servpro's business goals and objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead our team by providing guidance and support.
  3. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  4. Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our data and systems from cyber threats.
  5. Software and Hardware Management: Manage software and hardware assets, ensuring they are up to date and meet the company's needs.
  6. Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
  7. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services.
  8. Project Management: Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  9. User Support: Provide support for employees and resolve IT-related issues to maintain productivity.
  10. Compliance: Ensure that all IT operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technology trends.
  • Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
